Is Hot Yoga for Me?
Yoga, as many know, is a spiritual discipline that allows you to become fully aware of your breathing and it is the focus on this physiological need (breathing) that allows you to deepen your self-knowledge.
By combining this concentration with the movement required to perform challenging postures, it helps to relax the mind and builds endurance and strength. Hot yoga has similar goals, with one crucial difference: it is practiced in a warmer, more humid environment.
The advantage? It intensifies results.
The practice room will be heated to 32º/35º degrees, however the practitioner may experience temperatures around 40º, since the heating technology used is infrared, which does not heat the air too much but rather the closest object, in this case the practitioner.
